1. Delivery Areas
Everything Fragrance delivers nationwide within South Africa. All orders are fulfilled through reliable third-party couriers to ensure your fragrances reach you safely and on time.2. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are: All Locations (Nationally): 3 – 5 working days Please note: Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after hours or on non-business days will be processed the next working day.3. Shipping Fees
Standard Delivery (Nationwide): R100 flat rate Free Delivery: Currently not available (subject to future promotions) Shipping costs are automatically added at checkout.4. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.5. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use it to monitor the progress of your delivery in real time through our courier’s website.6. Delays and Delivery Issues
If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days of dispatch, or if there are any issues such as: Damaged parcels Incorrect items Missing products Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.7. Address Accuracy
